In a world that is moving forward in the face of
globalization and technological revolution, managers are motivated to get

human resource is not given any significant consideration. Therefore, HR
managers will have to launch a very important and responsible procedure. It
must be emphasized that the success of the organization is determined by
employee satisfaction.
They should take care to create a satisfying work environment
for their employees through training programs, organization of events,
incentives, comfortable workplace, appreciation etc.
Here, in the concept of a suitable working environment, a clean workplace and a clean environment should also be considered.
