The most prestigious competition considered the most popular sport in the world, the Men's FIFA World Cup showcases the best international teams in action. The FIFA World Cup is a hugely watched tournament held every four years.

The international football tournament was held in Qatar from November 20 to December 18, 2022 and was contested by talented men's national teams from 32 countries.

Argentina are the reigning world champions who won the 2022 FIFA World Cup in Qatar.

Lionel Messi added glory to Argentina by leading them to their third World Cup title in 2022. Lionel Messi won the Golden Ball award along with the 2022 FIFA World Cup. Argentina captain Lionel Messi was selected as the best player of the tournament. (Venkat. R, 2023)

He is truly a genius. A successful leader. A strategic combat player. His leadership creates team spirit. Also, the other players in the team are appreciated and motivated.

Nicknamed La Albiceleste ('The White and Sky Blue'), they are the reigning world champions, having won the most recent World Cup in 2022, earning their third star shown by the team's crest.

Argentina's World Cup-winning coach “Lionel Scaloni” and his vision.

Scaloni, who took over as coach in 2018 and guided Lionel Messi's side to glory in Qatar in December, failed there, but his vision for the team is surprising amid Messi's disillusionment with international football following his exit from the 2018 World Cup. He engineered a trophy-winning run to complete the Copa America and World Cup double. Scaloni entered last year's World Cup leading Argentina to a 36-game unbeaten run, the highlight of which was the Copa America victory in Brazil in 2021 that ended a 28-year trophy drought.

The new deal was agreed upon at the FIFA Best Awards in Paris. Argentina's 2022 World Cup-winning coach Lionel Scaloni has signed a new contract until the 2026 World Cup, the Argentine Football Confederation announced.

Scaloni is in contention with Real Madrid's Carlo Ancelotti and Manchester City's Pep Guardiola for FIFA's best coach award to be announced in Paris. (THE TIMES OF INDIA, 2023)

The combination of a successful leader and a successful manager is the key to the success of the Argentine team. According to their explanation, they led their team in the hope of long-term success. That their vision and approach were well understood by the players and tactically improved the performance of the players. Finally, they achieved the success.

Unlike previous FIFA World Cups, which were usually held in June and July due to Qatar's intense summer heat and often quite high humidity, the 2022 World Cup will be held in November and December.

The match schedule was confirmed by FIFA in July 2020. The group stage was scheduled to begin on November 21 and four matches will be played in a day. Later, the schedule was changed by moving the Qatar vs Ecuador match to November 20, after Qatar lobbied FIFA to allow their team to open the tournament. The final was held on December 18, 2022 at the Lusail Stadium on National Day. (Wikipidia, 2023)

The choice to host the World Cup in Qatar drew considerable criticism, with concerns raised over the country's treatment of migrant workers, women and members of the LGBT community, as well as Qatar's climate, lack of a strong football culture, schedule changes and allegations. Bribes for hosting rights are widespread. (Zaidan. A, 2023)

It is essential in the company mechanism to encourage its employees, appreciate them and improve their skills. Employee well-being is also essential to sustainable development. Physical and mental health, good training, long-term vision is a strong foundation. Since the employee is an asset to the organization, they should also be concerned about their surroundings. All these filed together, Argentina won the FIFA World Cup.

But due to not following any successful steps, improper management decisions, cheating, lack of unity and poor organizational ability, the FIFA World Cup Organizing Committee failed by adding a stain to its country.

    There's no denying Argentina desperately wanted to bring the World Cup trophy back home. The strength of feeling after every match during the tournament was testament to that, the dedication of fans to celebrate every goal scored.
