Recruiting is the process of finding and hiring qualified employees to fill open position in a company. And we can say “Attracting the suitable and talented candidate”.

By closely examining the process, you can determine your satisfaction with the candidates you’ve hired, the cost-effectiveness of your recruiting methods, and how you can improve your process in the future.

Ø Why we need Artificial Intelligence (AI) for recruitment process of organization:


However, few occupations are expected  to be eliminated entirely.
But the need for human leadership will    remain. We  can conclude that the need for excellent management will increase, but it seems that these front-line managers must also be at a very high level in terms of technology.

     In such a technological world, Artificial Intelligence is a very simple thing.

long with the introduction of AI, the technology that can capture the things produced by it will also come forward. Anti-entrapment technology is also advancing.


Nowadays, technology is advancing faster than you think. Even at this moment, technological operations are taking place to artificially produce someone like us.
In such a situation, it will not be easy for an organization to recruit employees. Not only people who are rich in both SOFT & HARD skills but they must also be very skilled in technology.

  There is an imperative need for such employees in the advancement of an organization. Therefore, it is necessary to enrich their skills by understanding the seriousness of this in their employees.

A recent Open AI report suggests the impact will be widespread, as well: Four in five U.S. workers (80 percent) could have at least 10 percent of their tasks automated by generative AI, and one in five (19 percent) could see at least half of their responsibilities affected (Field. E. et al, 2023).


Ø      How to challenge AI as an organization?

ü Now is the time for organizations to adopt new methods of recruiting new employees. It's more challenging than you might think. It is done through technology.

ü It requires frontline managers to be smart and competent (Hancock. B. et al, 2023).Several multinational companies, including Unilever, have already adopted this AI technology. 

   Today's new trend is news reporting through AI. Indeed, it appears to be successful. In the face of this situation, competitive business organizations have to find the right people more carefully. 




According to HBR's articles in 2023, discuss 9 New trends of organization and AI is one of them. (McRae. E. R. et al, 2023).

So it is imperative to adapt to it as an organization. In fact, on the one hand it plays a valuable role in hiring employees. Globally, it is very easy to use artificial intelligence to find the best applications for organizations that receive thousands of applications. It makes it easier for us to find the most suitable applications rather than sifting through thousands of applications one by one. By filtering applications, artificial intelligence gives its importance.



Ø But be carefully:

Not without AI's downside, an organization cannot fully rely on AI or depend on AI itself. If the command given to the artificial intelligence is wrong, all the information and data given afterwards will not be correct. It is a very serious problem for a company

However, in the face of globalization, if we want to move forward, we also have to join hands with artificial intelligence.
